Digital Marketing Strategy

There are 1800+ private schools in New Delhi, India. With over 200K seats being offered for admissions every year, we joined hands with the Schools2U team to construct a digital marketing strategy to reach out to schools and parents for getting on board. Post a deep dive analysis, it was discovered that the school admissions is a highly local market, and searches are motivated with specific areas. For ex. Highest no. of school related searches happen in the Dwarka region of New Delhi, due to the presence of high residential population. Great insights like structuring school listings on the basis of locality, school boards and ranks were conceptualised and documented during the exercise. Finally, a detailed and extensive documentation was created to be used as a bible for all internal stakeholders, across departments who were involved in building the online platform.

UX Research

Extensive time was invested in planning the database architecture of each school, a key factor for delivering smooth and qualified search results on the platform. High user engagement features like school reviews, geo-based search results and stage-based dashboard were strategized for the web platform. Primary focus was given on traffic-to-lead conversion for swift customer growth.

UI Design

We successfully gave the idea a splendid face. Each feature was designed with absolute care and attention. Infographics were designed to explain the new concept to parents and schools. Parent dashboard exhibits a feel of parental concern for their own child, and helps in easy on-boarding with subtle signs and guidance elements. The school page has a very neat and impressive design as well.

Web Development

Parent and School Dashboards, Online Application Process, Payment Gateway Integration, Social Logins, Easy Search & Filters, Ratings & Reviews and what not, everything that you can imagine in an online marketplace was coded fresh hand by our super talented developers. All development was done on WordPress. The admin panel was super simple to use and included the data analytics for each user and their primary actions.
